Run paid acquisition for our clients across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will own budget, creative testing, and weekly performance against CPL / ROAS targets.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads against agreed CPL / ROAS targets.
- Brief creative needs and partner with designers to ship a steady volume of testable ad variants.
- Maintain audience, exclusion, and attribution structures so every spend is traceable to outcomes.
- Report weekly with what changed, why, and what the next test is — not just dashboard screenshots.
- Hold each account's data hygiene: UTM consistency, conversion API, server-side tracking.
What you bring
- 2+ years directly managing paid budgets (not just reporting on them).
- Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel / CAPI, and at least one tag manager.
- Comfort building media plans, pacing budgets, and forecasting outcomes.
- Clear written communication — clients should read your update and know what to do next.
- Curiosity about AI tooling for creative, copy, and analysis workflows.
Bonus, not required
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
- Looker Studio / GA4 explorations dashboarding.
- Past work with lead-gen or enrollment-driven verticals (education, healthcare, real estate).
